Booking:
First of all tell us the dates you would like to reserve, we will provisionally hold these dates for 5 dates until we have received the deposit.
Deposit:
We require a £150 booking deposit (not returnable). We recommend that you do not book the flights first, as the accommodation could be booked between you making and enquiry and confirming the booking.
Contract:
Upon receipt of the deposit a booking contract will be issued to you.
Balance:
The balance will become due 8 weeks before departure.
Apartment Details:
The directions will be sent to you when the balance is received in full.
Security Deposit:
A £100 security deposit will be taken at the point of the balance becoming due. This is refundable if you leave the apartment in good order. If there are small breakages such as plates and glasses, please just tell us about them, we will not retain your security deposit for this, we accept that these happen sometimes.
Holiday Insurance:
All clients are required to take out holiday insurance. We do have insurance for our properties, but they do not provide cover for clients.
Apartment Arrival & Departure Time:
Times in to the apartment are as follows but can be flexible if there are no tenants going in on the same day you are vacating.
In = 5pm, Out = 1 pm
